- Is airfare included?

Airfare is not included in the wedding package and is the responsibility of each guest.


- What airport do I need to fly into?

Guests should arrange travel into Cancún International Airport. Round-trip ground transportation between the airport and resort is included when accommodations are reserved through our wedding concierge.


- Do I need a passport?

Yes, a valid passport is required for international travel. Please ensure your passport remains valid for at least six months beyond your return date.


- Can I book directly through the resort or another website?

To be included in our wedding celebration, accommodations must be reserved through our designated concierge. Reservations made independently will not be eligible for:

~ Group transportation

~ Exclusive group rates and amenities

~ Flexible payment options


- Is there a payment plan available?

Yes! One of the advantages of booking through our concierge is the option to make convenient monthly payments leading up to the wedding.


- How much is the deposit?

A deposit is required to confirm your room. Detailed pricing and payment schedule options will be provided by our concierge based on your selected accommodations. Please note that deposits made on or after May 15th, 2026, may be subject to change.


- Is there a dress code?

Yes. Attire guidelines for each event will be shared on our website closer to the wedding date to assist you in planning.


- Are children allowed?

Children are welcome to join us. Please notify our concierge at the time of booking, as child rates vary by age.


- Can I choose my own room type?

Absolutely. A variety of room categories will be available to suit different preferences and budgets, and our concierge will be happy to assist you in selecting the best option.


- Can I extend my stay?

Yes, guests are welcome to arrive early or extend their visit. Please share your preferred travel dates with the concierge when booking. Kindly note that a stay from May 1st – May 4th is required to participate in wedding events.


- What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation terms and conditions are outlined in detail within the booking portal here.

- Should I bring cash?

We recommend bringing a modest amount of cash (USD or pesos) for gratuities, excursions, and purchases.


- What happens if I miss the booking deadline?

After the deposit deadline of May 15th, 2026, room availability and preferred pricing can no longer be guaranteed. We strongly encourage securing your reservation in advance.


- Will there be updates as the wedding gets closer?

Yes. Our website will be updated with event details, packing suggestions, and additional information. You may also receive occasional text reminders as the date approaches.
